You might already know, but in case you didn’t, the Global Game Jam is an annual event dedicated to game development, taking place in several cities around the world at the same time, an important chance for young developers (but also amateurs) to join and try to make a game in just 48 hours!
The Global Game Jam will be hosted the 29th of January in a beautiful location in Rome: the Temple of Hadrian! It is a temple to the deified Roman emperor, now incorporated into a later building in the Piazza di Pietra (“Piazza of Stone”).
We are proud to be one of the sponsors and be part of this exciting event (maybe you will watch our speeches live on Periscope… ) because we strongly support the creativity and the videogame developers growth in our country.
Video games are made out of investments, time, efforts and sacrifices: making video games is not a game, but is fun, exciting and many indie pearls were born from Global Game Jams around the world in the past years.
Check the complete program here, the Jammer Wannabe tickets are already sold out!
